Refer a Friend Guidance & Terms and Conditions

  • Referee must state at initial online application, who has referred them and home in which they work
  • Managers are unable to claim for referrals where they have an influence over the hiring process
  • Referrers must have completed probation and not be working notice or subject to a disciplinary process
  • Referrer will only be eligible to receive first payment after confirmation that referee has completed 1 month service and second payment after 6-month probation passed
  • Referees must not be working notice or subject to disciplinary process
  • Referrers will have the option to select either voucher or cash payment at point of contact from our central teams
  • HR will contact eligible recipients within 2 weeks of the claim becoming due to discuss and confirm payment preference
  • Cash payments will be made on next available payment run, subject to confirmation from HR
  • Voucher payments will be issued via email within 1 week of confirmation from HR
