My varied IT background, creating solutions for financial services, automotive, B2B, Business Process Outsourcing and as a non-exec, has given me a wide range of technical and commercial experiences. My more recent roles across NHS, Health and Social Care now peak at Achieve together as it gives me the most inspiring place to support the most extraordinary people.
Leading a team that covers digital, data and technology, means aligning a diverse set of people and skills to create an inclusive environment. From delivering the technology basics brilliantly and continual improvement by using data to give insight to our services we are building our capabilities to drive efficient and effective solutions from digital transformation.
