Located in Ryde, on the Isle of Wight, this is a 24-hour supported living home for adults with autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs and/or learning disabilities.
The team here will help build resilience in people through the promotion of positive risk-taking and through equipping people with practical, transferable skills.
The aim of this home is to reduce dependence on team members and provide the necessary skills for those supported to thrive independently both inside and outside of the home so that they might then be able to move on to greater independence in the future.
Outreach support for those able to move on is offered, providing continuity of support.
There has been many goals achieved, with one person supported now working full-time and living with their partner while receiving outreach support.
