What we offer

An attractive and spacious detached property in a quiet residential setting, this home has a large enclosed garden. There are six rooms, some with en-suite facilities. There is a good-sized, modern kitchen and diner with a separate attractive lounge for communal use.

Outside, there are large grounds, including a seating area and a patio.

Located in Blacon, just a couple of miles North West of Chester city centre, there are shops and NHS services all within walking distance, plus good public transport links. It is close to the Flintshire and Wirral borders and sits within the Cheshire West and Chester local area.

Lifestyle

We support people to choose and take part in activities that develop social, communication and life skills, with the aim of ultimately increasing independence. These range from support in daily life skills such as shopping through to driving lessons, college placements, voluntary work experience and paid work placements.

People can also take part in a range of leisure activities in order to increase confidence and build on skills, including cinema visits, meals out, day trips and holidays.

People we support are encouraged to express their rights freely and become contributing members of the community. In our experience, this helps to increase social and emotional well being and decreases the stigma that can affect people with learning disabilities.
