Situated in South London, the home is a spacious detached house located in a quiet residential area of Forest Hill. It’s split over three floors with seven single rooms and one bedsit on the top floor. The ground and 1st floor each comprise of a lounge, fitted kitchen, bath and shower with separate toilet facilities.

The home has a large garden and the added benefit of being located close to local shops and amenities and with good transport links.

People living here hold their own tenancy with the Landlord, and the rent would typically be claimed through Housing Benefits.

Lifestyle

The friendly and experienced team here support people to take part in a range of activities designed to promote increased independence and build confidence. This can include leisure activities both in the home and in the wider community, such as day trips, nature walks, swimming, bowling, cinema trips, and more.

People also develop their life skills, including meal preparation, cleaning, budgeting, self-care and grocery shopping.

Additionally, the support team support people with identifying and maintaining part-time jobs, voluntary jobs and/or educational placements.
