Carlton Avenue is a 24-hour residential learning disability home in Harrow that supports adults with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), communication and sensory impairments, mobility issues and complex health needs, including epilepsy.

Our dedicated clinical team work in partnership with individuals to identify the support they require with regard to physical, emotional, cultural, cognitive and communication needs. Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. This includes core support and additional individual one-to-one support, which will be established through our assessment process. Individualised health action plans are also developed to assist with health issues.
