Achieve together is delighted to welcome Careview Services into the family.

Achieve together, a leading provider of specialist support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs, has welcomed Careview Services and Careview Caring Support Services into its organisation, following its acquisition of the West Midlands support services provider.

Based across Stoke-on-Trent and West Bromwich, Careview Services provide high-quality residential, supported living and outreach services to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health and forensic needs.

The 110-strong team currently supports 28 people across their services, running two residential homes, 13 supported living homes, as well as providing outreach. They employ a person-centred approach to their services, encouraging the people they support to gain independence and learn new skills.

In joining Achieve together, Careview Services joins a team of expert practitioners with 25 years of experience in providing specialist support to over 2,000 people in 350 services across England and Wales.

Achieve together and Careview Services will pool their expertise, ensuring they provide the very best care to the people they support. Careview Services has a superb local knowledge of the area, whilst Achieve together brings a national presence alongside high-quality leadership, expertise, and resources to the table.

Both organisations share an outlook that puts the people they support at the heart of every decision they take, helping every individual to fulfil their potential. This is the ethos that is shaping the transition, as the two teams continue to work closely together to ensure a smooth pathway for everyone that carries forward the excellent qualities of both providers.

Achieve together’s number one priority continues to be supporting people to live happy, healthy and meaningful lives, exemplifying best practice as a leading provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs.

Achieve together CEO, Emma Pearson, said:

We are really excited to be welcoming Careview Services to Achieve together, for which they are a brilliant fit. Careview Services CEO, Shem Singh, said:

“Careview Services has been delivering care since 2005 and is proud of its reputation for high quality services. We are passionate about care and take pride in being a good employer.

“We were looking for a provider that delivers high quality care, prioritises the people it supports, their families and its staff. That’s why we chose Achieve together, which shares a very similar philosophy to Careview Services. I am very confident that Careview Services is in good hands and will have a fantastic future with Achieve together.”
