Well done to Laura Winmill, Registered Manager at our Domiciliary Care Agency in West Bromwich, who is a pillar of support amongst our management teams, always putting the people we support at the heart.
Laura is a shining example of consistent excellence and dedication to the people we support. Whether she’s delivering training, supporting homes and services in need, or learning new skills to better connect with those she supports, Laura leads with heart and purpose.
Currently undertaking British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1 & 2 training, Laura is committed to ensuring that communication is never a barrier to providing person-centred care. This training is alongside not only supporting her team at DCA West Bromwich, but also assisting a residential home requiring some help.
