What we offer

This home is a large detached house that has nine single rooms and one bedsit on the ground floor. The property is split over three floors plus a basement. Each floor is comprised of a fitted kitchen, bath, and shower with separate toilet facilities. A large communal lounge is available on the ground floor where there’s also a large garden for all to enjoy.

The home has the added benefit of being located close to local shops, amenities and with good transport links.

People hold their own tenancy with the Landlord, and the rent would typically be claimed through Housing Benefits.

Lifestyle

This home is warm and friendly, and people living here see and treat each other like family. The team supports people to increase their independence through accessing a full range of activities within the community, including, where possible, employment opportunities and access to local colleges. People also take part in leisure activities, including swimming, bowling, cinema visits, weekly meals out, cooking for others, and arts and crafts.

The home is generally quiet and relaxed in the morning as people are exploring the local area, but come the evening, the home comes alive, and there is a real buzz as people share stories about their day and cook together.
