About this home

Welcome to our newly refurbished supported living home in Sutton, where we provide accommodation and support for adults with a range of needs, including autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, behaviors that may challenge, epilepsy, emotional needs, and mental health challenges. Our experienced team adopts an individualised and person-centered approach, aiming to empower each person we support to reach their fullest potential.

Through our support, we focus on facilitating the reintegration of people supported into the community, encouraging positive risk-taking to enhance independence. Our philosophy and person-centered approach have resulted in significant outcomes, including some people supported transitioning to supported living with a considerable reduction in support levels. We are dedicated to helping people supported to discover meaningful activities within the local and wider community, providing opportunities for access to vocational activities, college, and both voluntary and paid work.

We prioritise building strong collaborative partnerships with a diverse range of healthcare and social care professionals, including Mental Health Nurses, Learning Disability Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Positive Behavior Support Specialists, and Social Workers. By seamlessly working together, our aim is to achieve the most favorable outcomes for each person supported, ensuring comprehensive and tailored support that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Every support package is meticulously crafted to meet the unique needs of each person supported, with regular reviews to ensure that we maintain the least restrictive and most personalised approach for them. Our support team undergoes specific training tailored to the person they assist, in addition to completing all mandatory training requirements.

The support team are available 24 hours a day to support in all aspects of daily life, from cooking and laundry, support finding employment, understanding bills and increasing independence, supporting friendships and a wide range of other day-to-day activities. We can accommodate supported sleeping, and there will always be a waking night team member on hand.
