About this service

Brighton Community Outreach offers an outreach support service in the Kemptown area of Brighton, supporting adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and/or autism in their own homes and in their wider community. This skilled team also supports people who identify as transgender or non-binary or have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

The experienced team provide people with support to live the life they the want and are able to offer people support in their own homes and in a number of supported living homes and services across the region, all in close proximity to the office on High Street, Kemptown.

What we offer

We’re one of the most informed and experienced outreach support teams in the region, specialising in support for autistic people and those with learning and/or physical disabilities.

In addition, Brighton Community Outreach also supports people with complex needs who identify as transgender or non-binary. We have the resources and knowledge required to prioritise those needs through our specialist program and diverse, multi-talented team members who are trained in sensitivity, trauma, transition processes and prerequisites, specialist safeguarding issues, the social and medical model, political discourse, and intersectionality.

These specialist skills help build the strongest and most rewarding relationships for every person we support.

Lifestyle

Our team members are available to support people in their own homes and or community and in a number of supported living homes and outreach services across the region.

We’re based in the heart of the shops, cafes, and restaurant scene of this vibrant town and less than half a mile from Brighton Beach and its many attractions, including the Palace Pier, Sea Life Centre, and electric railway.
