About this service

Brighton Community Outreach offers an outreach support service in the Kemptown area of Brighton, supporting adults who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and/or autism in their own homes and in their wider community. This skilled team also supports people who identify as transgender or non-binary or have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

The experienced team provide people with support to live the life they the want and are able to offer people support in their own homes and in a number of supported living homes and services across the region, all in close proximity to the office on High Street, Kemptown.
