Who created the Big Plan?
The Big Plan was created by Unity and Campaign 4 Change, who are a co-production group and a self-advocacy group formed by people supported in Achieve together.
Unity work with different teams and departments at Achieve together to co-produce projects and initiatives.
Campaign 4 Change champions the rights of people with learning disabilities and autistic people nationally.
