Find out what’s coming up with our new developments here at Achieve together. We provide specialist support for adults with autism spectrum conditions and learning disabilities and can help you find the right place to call home whether that’s a self-contained flat, en-suite bedroom in a smaller house, or a bigger home if that’s what you prefer.

New Residential Homes

Ty Dol

Gorseignon, Swansea

Ty Dol is a residential home in Gorseinon, just northwest of Swansea, that provides specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health, PMLD, and additional complex needs. With 12 self-contained flats, each with its own bedroom, living bathroom facilities, it’s a perfect choice for someone looking for their own space.

Loxwood Corner

West Sussex

A fully refurbished home that provides 24-hour specialist support for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex health needs. Its six large self-contained apartments each come with an en-suite bathroom or wetrooms. On the ground floor, the apartments also have patio doors into the garden.

Winterfell

St Helens

With six en-suite bedrooms, Winterfell offers exceptional support for people with learning disabilities, who may also need support for mental health, challenging behaviours, and complex needs. Our on-site positive behavioural support (PBS) practitioner will support you in increasing your confidence and achieve your aspirations.

Woburn Hill

Anglesey

With six en-suite bedrooms and an annexed self-contained apartment, this beautiful home provides open space on its ample grounds, nestled within an area of outstanding natural beauty. Here, we provide 24/7 support for adults with autism, learning disabilities and, emotional needs, visual and/or hearing impairments.

Under full refurbishment, this new supported living home is being redeveloped into seven supported living flats and communal spaces.

This would make a perfect home for adults looking for support with autism spectrum conditions, mental health and/or complex needs.

Supported living in Essex

Clacton-on-Sea, Essex

A large property, formerly a residential home, is undergoing redevelopment to create eight supported living apartments for adults. With lift access to the upper floors, each apartment has its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge/dining area.

Supported living in Westgate-on-Sea

Westgate-on-Sea, Kent

We have availability for two brand-new self-contained flats that have been developed within the established home. Here, we support adults who are deaf or have hearing loss and additional support needs such as learning disabilities, autism, and mental ill-health.

Supported living in Wirral

Wirral, Merseyside

We’ve created two new supported living flats in this beautiful property, nestled in a 300-acre park with a golf club and tennis courts. Here, we provide support for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism spectrum conditions, who also require support with mental health and behaviours that may challenge.

Due to open in April 2023, this home will offer a collection of six self-contained studio apartments. The self-contained style of each apartment allows us to offer bespoke support for each person living here.

Here, we support adults who have a learning disability and/or complex needs.
