About this home

Thames House is a supported living service for people aged 18-40 with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, acquired brain injury, complex needs including behaviours that may challenge, emotional needs and epilepsy with a focus on developing further independent skills.

The service promotes independence and supports people to access further education, employment, social and recreational activities. Person centred transition plans are developed for each individual to develop their budgeting skills and to become more independent in all areas of their lives.
