This warm and welcoming supported living home in Frimley, Camberley, supports adults with autism spectrum conditions, moderate learning disabilities, hearing impairments, emotional needs and epilepsy – providing an environment where people can readily learn independent living skills. This reduces their dependence on support and gives them the opportunity to move on to more independent living in the future.

People are supported through a person-centred planning approach focused on positive outcomes and tailored towards individual needs. The support team are available 24 hours a day, including for waking nights.

What we offer

The home comprises of four bedrooms over two floors. There are communal areas where people can socialise with others, including a lounge, open plan kitchen/diner, conservatory and laundry room. There is also a spacious garden, which is great for social activities and events, especially during the summer.

Located close to the main high street, people have easy access to the supermarket, restaurants, pubs and leisure centres. There are also great transport links to surrounding areas, with the train station being only a short distance away.

Lifestyle

People living here are supported to participate in a wide range of activities designed to help build on skills and develop confidence.

There is a weekly job club where they are supported in finding both paid and voluntary work, which is greatly beneficial in increasing independence. The support team will help people increase their daily living skills, such as meal preparation, self-care, budgeting and domestic tasks.

People are also supported to get involved with a wide range of leisure activities, including gardening, arts and crafts, day centre activities, college, cookery classes, visits to the gym and swimming.
