About this home
This is a transitional home for adults with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions and emotional needs. The team help to build resilience in people through the promotion of positive risk-taking and through equipping people with practical, transferable skills.
The aim of the support team is to reduce dependence and provide the necessary skills for each person supported to thrive independently both inside and outside of the home so that they might then be able to move on to greater independence in the future.
People are supported to develop person-centred plans, with a focus on work or developmental activities, whilst encouraging a realistic blend of recreational and developmental activities where possible.
