About this home

Park Road is a supported living service for people aged 17-40 yrs with learning disabilities, with a focus on developing further independent skills.

The service is able to support individuals from the age of 17 as part of a transitional model of support.  The focus of the service is to promote independence, employment opportunities and person centred transition plans for independent living. Two of the individuals at Park Road have recently moved onto their own flats in the community and Achieve together continues to provide outreach support. They have all made fantastic progress and achieved some very positive personal outcomes, in relation to independence and quality of life.
