Manor Green Road provides supported living accommodation for adults aged 18+ who have had a diagnosis of Prader–Willi syndrome (PWS), Pica syndrome, or who require bariatric support alongside a learning disability and/or autism spectrum condition.
The property has been fully renovated to create 4 bedrooms each with its own en-suite wetroom. The kitchen is fully secured, and the property comes with widened door frames to accommodate accessibility. In addition, 3 of its bedrooms are on the ground floor, with a further 1 bedroom situated in a self-contained annexe at the back of the property.
Here, we provide a minimum of 1:1 support. Our person-centered plans promote increased choice and give people control over their lives to create independence whilst maintaining that highly-specialised support for the complexities of peoples’ conditions. This includes supporting people who have Prader-Willi syndrome with careful calorie-controlled meal planning and coping skills when dealing with restricted food access, weight management and specialist support teams on-site 24/7. For those with Pica syndrome, our teams are very experienced in managing the environment to ensure it is safe.Download Brochure
