The support team support individuals to develop person-centred planning that is tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. People are supported to take part in a wide range of activities that enrich their lives and build on various new and existing skills. The support team are available 24 hours a day, including a waking night team when required.

People are also supported to take part in a wide range of leisure activities such as cinema trips, bowling, swimming, day centre activities, arts and crafts and any other activities people want to participate in. The team encourage and supports frequent day trips to surrounding areas and with holidays further afield.
