About this service

High Street Brighton is a specialist supported housing service in the Kemptown area of Brighton, that supports adults aged 18-65, who have learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and/or autism. This service also supports those who identify as transgender or non-binary or have been diagnosed with gender dysphoria.

We’ve created an inclusive space based on recognition for every person we support; we recognise who they are now and who they are becoming. This means that everyone can find a safe space to be who they are meant to be, and we will be there every step of the way to support and inform.

When you choose us for support, we’ll begin by finding a home near our office in Kemptown for you, right in the heart of Brighton. Being close to our office allows for a greater sense of security and community while enabling us to swiftly respond whenever support is needed. Our team is on hand to support 24 hours a day and up to a 2:1 basis.
