Farm Way is a supported living service for males aged 18-60 with learning disabilities, mental health needs and additional complex needs. Individuals will be supported to develop person-centred plans tailored towards individual needs that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Farm Way is a dry house.
The service follows an active person-centred approach and encourages people to take part in meaningful activities in the wider community and plan their futures. The service staff members are also trained in Person Centred Active Support and Total Communication which enables them to implement individualised communication strategies for users with communication and sensory impairments.Download Brochure
