About this Service

Domiciliary Care Staffordshire provide bespoke care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues. The experienced and skilled support team support people to live as independently as possible, providing the right level of support when it is needed most. In order to provide a life outside long-stay hospital settings, we provide each person the support they need to live a life of their choosing.

Support we offer ranges from live-in day and night time support to community and social support for a few hours per day. Achieve together are also in a position to offer a wide range of accommodation options for each individual. This could be in a residential or supported living setting or the person’s own home. We have the ability, through our housing partners to provide solutions to complex housing problems across Stafford, Cheshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
