Croft House in Paignton, Devon, is a supported living service currently undergoing refurbishment for adults aged 18+ with autism spectrum conditions and/or learning disabilities, complex needs or challenging behaviours.
The service is made up of 7 highly sought-after individual supported living flats with self-contained wet rooms and kitchenettes, set across its 4 floors. There’s also a communal lounge and outside garden space, giving residents the opportunity to interact with others, promoting social inclusion.
At Croft House, we support every individual through person-centred plans that are tailored towards their specific needs and focused on positive outcomes. Our team members are available 24 hours a day to support in all aspects, from helping with cooking, laundry, and other day-to-day activities. Two of the apartments at Croft House also come two-bedded to allow for supported sleeping, and there is always a waking night team member on hand at the service to support all those who live there.Download Brochure
