Courtland Road is a supported living service for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Staff use a person-centred planning approach, tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. Individuals are encouraged to be as independent as possible and take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives as well as engaging within the wider community.
People are supported to identify and maintain leisure activities as well as any education and/or work placements that they wish to take part in. Staff work with individuals, families and health care professionals in order to deliver the best care possible.Download Brochure
