Caradoc Avenue is a supported living service for individuals aged 18+ with learning disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. The service uses a person centred planning approach tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. People are supported to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives and to be as independent as possible. This includes leisure activities, learning domestic skills and any education, volunteering and/or paid work they wish to take on.
Every aspect of a person’s life is seen as a potential learning opportunity and people will be supported to learn new skills as well as develop existing skills. Staff work closely with individuals, families and health care professionals in order to provide the best care possible.Download Brochure
