Thoughtfully designed for independent living
Aspen Court in Hemsworth, West Yorkshire, is a purpose-built residential home, newly registered in 2022, providing specialist support for up to five adults with autism spectrum conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health needs.
Developed in partnership with the local authority and commissioning groups, Aspen Court is designed in line with the Transforming Care Agenda. The home focuses on reducing hospital placements by offering person-centred support that enables individuals to live independently while remaining part of their community.
The property features two spacious self-contained apartments, each offering a private garden, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, laundry room, bedroom, and bathroom. In addition, there are three modern terraced houses, each designed with private, fully equipped living spaces that foster independence while providing a safe and supportive environment.

What we offer
A safe and supportive place
We encourage the people we support, regardless of their ability, to lead fulfilling and active lives. Activities are carefully tailored to individual interests and preferences, whether enjoyed within the home or out in the community.
Our support plans are not only designed to meet each person’s needs but also to reflect their personality, aspirations, and goals. We actively involve relatives and friends in this process, fostering meaningful connections and often building lasting relationships with families.
Maintaining strong personal relationships is essential for overall well-being. We are always happy to support individuals in visiting family and friends – whether for a special occasion or simply to share a cup of tea and a moment of togetherness.
We’re not just participants. We’re planners, presenters, and leaders.
