Changes at Achieve together

Welcome to the new Achieve together website, the new chapter of CMG and Regard.

From 1st October 2019, CMG and Regard will be known as Achieve together as we enter this new and exciting phase.

In January next year, Emma Pearson will join us as the new Chief Executive Officer for Achieve together when Peter Kinsey, the current CEO, retires and steps into the role of Special Advisor for our organisation. Emma and Peter will work closely together until March, to ensure a smooth transition, and Peter will remain very closely involved with Achieve together, including remaining as a director of the Board.

The new CEO, Emma, brings a great depth of experience running service businesses of significant scale, and with public sector customers, including in health and wellbeing. Under Emma’s leadership we can expect Achieve together to further develop as an organisation with quality at its core. She is very much looking forward to joining us and she can already see the strong culture we have created together – one she is committed to continuing.

Furthermore, our Chairman, David Spruzen, will be retiring from the Board this December. David has done a terrific job firstly as Chair of CMG and then as Chair of our combined organisation, and we wish him the very best for the future.

We are so excited to enter into the next stage for Achieve together, and hope you are too!

  1. Good luck and I hope the new organisation works just as hard to improve the lives of vulnerable people to support them to be as independent as possible. Its been a pleasure and at times a challenge working with both CMG and Regard – Chris, Commissioner at Surrey
