August saw Achieve together running a mini-Olympics which you can read about here. Our homes also hosted the annual Supportive Therapies Festival which involved supporting people with PMLD with different activities. You can see the Supportive Therapies Festival here.
The people we support at Ty Coedwig are hard at work in a local allotment that they recently purchased.
As lockdown restrictions ease, AC and DS from Cwm Hyfryd go to visit a local farm and pet the horses. They had lots of fun!
Marion at Meesons Lodge celebrated her 30th birthday with her housemates this August. They all had a great time with plenty of delicious food and soft drinks.

Ty Nydffa wished good luck to housemate Andrew as he leaves after 15 years at the lodge. Andrew is moving to Cardiff to live more independently. Andrew has made incredible progress over the years and he will be missed at the Ty Nydffa service.
The end of August also brought us Notting Hill Carnival. This obviously had to be at home this year. But the people we support at Honeywood had a great time nonetheless!
The people at Meesons Lodge also had lots of fun with colours and costumes to celebrate and learn about different cultures.
