Achieve together, the leading provider of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex needs, has this week announced 700 new social care job opportunities nationwide.
The organisation is launching hundreds of Support Worker vacancies across England and Wales, as part of its latest campaign to create a highly mobilised taskforce. This will ensure that Achieve together can continue to deliver the highest-quality care to some of society’s most vulnerable people, whilst providing paid employment opportunities to people across the UK who have found themselves out of work but motivated to make a difference.
Alongside providing vital continuity of care to the 2,000 people it supports during this unprecedented period, Achieve together’s recruitment drive is also helping people to help others. It is calling for people who are kind, caring and passionate about providing people with the support they need, to apply for the paid roles.
The vacancies range from permanent to temporary contracts (three months) to provide greater flexibility for workers, and recruits will have access to all the required training through Achieve together’s virtual training academy.
With streamlined training, the new starters can be in their roles within the next few weeks and will have access to Personal Protective Equipment, should it be required. They will be joining the strong team of staff who are having a positive input into the lives of the people Achieve together supports.

Achieve together CEO, Emma Pearson, said: “At Achieve together, the people we support and our dedicated team of staff are absolutely at the heart of everything we do. We are incredibly proud of how our teams have responded to the recent changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the lives of the people we support, whilst as far as possible helping to keep everyone safe, happy and engaged with daily life.
“Our priority now is to bolster our mobilised task force so that we can continue to deliver this high-quality care, whilst ensuring that we are well-prepared for any potential challenges we face in the future. We are therefore incredibly pleased to be opening up over 700 new job opportunities, particularly at a time where there are so many people finding themselves unemployed yet keen to work and play their part.
“We very much look forward to welcoming the new starters to our organisation, as we all work together to continue to make a real difference to the lives of the people we are so proud to support, regardless of the circumstance.”
